Yakisugi Split Bowl
Old Albany Post Road Ash that was put to the fire and charred. The charred grain stands proud after its battle with the fire resulting in a marvellous textured surface. Its named the split bowl as during its creating I really thought it was going to do exactly that.. however yet again mother nature found a way round the fire and it now proudly shows its wounds from the fire. Ten inches in diameter and three inches in height.
